H555Game Terms and Conditions – Pakistan

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on h555game, visiting the website, or using any service provided by the platform, you confirm your unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you complete the registration process and click the confirmation checkbox on the registration form.

These Terms apply to all activity on h555game including account registration, deposits, gameplay, betting, bonus usage, withdrawals, and all communications with h555game customer support. The Terms should be read together with the h555game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and h555game.

h555game reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes through the platform. Continued use of h555game after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use h555game, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. h555game is strictly prohibited to persons under 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age cannot be confirmed.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on h555game.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other required details.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on h555game or any associated platform.

h555game may require document verification at any stage of your membership, including but not limited to account registration, withdrawal requests above threshold amounts, or as part of ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on h555game. Duplicate accounts, whether in your own name or using different personal details, are strictly prohibited. If h555game identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonus balances forfeited. In cases of deliberate multi-accounting, h555game reserves the right to permanently ban the associated player.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h555game username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you personally carried it out. 3.3 Account Verification

h555game may require identity verification at any point. Documents that may be requested include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal of funds above Rs 50,000 will require completed verification. h555game will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts at its discretion.

3.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. h555game may apply a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after a 30-day notice period. Players will be notified via the registered email or mobile number before any deduction is made. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after extended dormancy.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on h555game are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion requirements for Pakistani players. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital bank)
• SadaPay (digital bank)
• IBFT Bank Transfer (all major Pakistani banks)
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

The minimum deposit amount at h555game is Rs 200. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, though account tier limits apply. Deposits are credited to your h555game account instantly for Easypaisa and JazzCash; bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule.

h555game does not charge fees on deposits. Some payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside h555game's control. h555game recommends checking with your payment provider before depositing.

5. Withdrawals

h555game is committed to fast and reliable withdrawal processing for Pakistani players. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Standard withdrawal processing times at h555game are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: typically within 5–30 minutes of approval
• NayaPay / SadaPay: typically within 30–60 minutes of approval
• IBFT Bank Transfer: typically within 1–3 business hours, subject to bank processing
• Visa / Mastercard: typically 1–2 business days

Before a withdrawal is processed, h555game may require completed identity verification, confirmation that all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met, and confirmation that the withdrawal destination account is registered in the player's own name.

h555game reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests of Rs 100,000 or more. This may require additional documentation and may extend processing times. Players will be kept informed of any delays via the registered contact details.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

h555game offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Pakistani players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms and any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at h555game are eligible for a 100% first deposit match bonus up to Rs 20,000 PKR. This bonus is available once per player and once per household. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 days of crediting.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are credited in PKR to your h555game account bonus balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before conversion to withdrawable real money balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live table games including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion's terms.
• h555game reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed.
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts, incorrect information, or exploitative betting patterns will be voided and the associated accounts may be suspended.
• h555game may cancel any bonus at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion.

6.3 PSL and Seasonal Promotions

These promotions are advertised on the h555game platform with their own specific terms. PSL accumulator boosts, cashback offers and free bets are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the promotion details at the time of the offer.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on h555game are subject to the platform's general and game-specific betting rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game or market.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Bets

The minimum bet at h555game is Rs 50 for casino games and Rs 100 for sports betting markets. Maximum bet limits vary by game type, table, market and account tier. High-stakes players may contact support to discuss elevated limits subject to account verification.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

h555game reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion. In the event of obvious pricing errors, h555game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

7.3 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports betting markets on h555game are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For PSL cricket betting, results are settled based on official PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) confirmed results. In the event of match abandonment, applicable settlement rules as stated in the PSL betting terms of each market type shall apply.

7.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds and market availability. h555game cannot guarantee the acceptance of any specific in-play bet due to the time-sensitive nature of live markets. Bets placed after an event result has been determined, due to connectivity delays, will be voided and stakes returned.

8. Fair Play & Integrity

h555game is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all Pakistani players. All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games on h555game use independently certified algorithms that ensure genuinely random and unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted with real physical equipment under professional studio conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h555game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

• Use of automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform or gain any unfair advantage
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures
• Exploitation of software errors or glitches for financial gain
• Any form of fraud, including use of false identity or payment methods not belonging to the account holder

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the h555game platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of h555game or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any h555game content without prior written permission.

Game content provided by third-party software providers is licensed to h555game and used on the platform under the terms of those licensing agreements. Players may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code from any game or platform software.

12. Limitation of Liability

h555game provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose of the platform.

h555game shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or data arising from the use or inability to use the platform
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions or power outages on the player's side
• Losses caused by delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of h555game

In all circumstances, h555game's total liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits h555game's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Account Suspension & Termination

h555game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Multi-account operation or collusion with other players
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers
• Player request (voluntary account closure)
• Player self-exclusion request
• Court order or direction from a relevant authority

Where an account is closed due to player breach, any funds in the account that are genuinely owed to the player (i.e., not subject to forfeiture) will be returned to the player's verified payment method after investigation. This process may take up to 30 business days from the closure date.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their h555game account may do so by contacting support@h555game.ws. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days and any remaining real money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned after standard verification.

14. Changes to These Terms

h555game reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players through platform notifications and/or via the registered email or mobile number. The date of the most recent revision is always shown at the top of this page.

If the changes are material and affect your rights in a significant way, h555game will provide at least 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the h555game platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect, and any real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.

Minor amendments such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not materially affect player rights may be made without advance notice.
